About your space

Choose your network
i
How to pick a tier

Start with the smallest tier that fits your space — APs and seats are easy to add later.

  • Site Core — cafés, boutiques, small offices on a single floor.
  • Site Pro — busier rooms where Wi-Fi has to be solid for staff and guests.
  • Fleet Standard — the same setup across 2+ locations.

i
Handsets vs Talk seats

Handset — the physical phone on the desk. One-time cost.

Talk seat — a monthly subscription line through UniFi Talk. You typically want one seat per simultaneous caller, not per handset.

  • Talk Touch — 5-inch color touchscreen; right for most desks.
  • Talk Touch Max — larger color touchscreen for reception and managers.

Conference rooms are quoted per room after a site visit. Pricing depends on room size, display, mounting, and cabling.

Commercial AV & control Quote required

Add each space that needs background music, paging, TVs, digital signage, control, or presentation support. AV projects begin with a free site visit and are quoted for the actual space.

AV projects include professional installation in the approved quote. AV details remain available even if network self-install is selected.

Cellular backup
i
Cellular backup (LTE)

If your wired internet drops, a built-in cellular modem takes over automatically for critical traffic — card readers, phones, EMR.

Best for sites where even a short internet outage hurts revenue: restaurants during lunch rush, clinics with patients, and retail at peak hours.

Managed services (monthly)
i
Hands-off operation

We monitor supported gear, review alerts, and help investigate issues. Optional, but recommended for sites where downtime hurts.

  • Managed network — firmware, performance, alerts.
  • Managed voice — call flows, user changes, schedules.
  • Priority support — expedited response based on urgency.

Security cameras

4K dome and PTZ cameras that record on site. No monthly cloud fees. Watch live or play back from your phone.

Wired cameras require a cable run. Standard drops are $349 and extended drops are $399; final routing is confirmed during the site review. Camera mounting and aiming are priced on your quote.

Project add-ons (one-time)
i
One-time setup work

Optional line items for the install itself. If you're not sure whether you need them, leave them off — we'll flag what's actually required in the proposal.

  • Onsite install — included by default; we mount the gear and handle cutover.
  • Number porting — we move your existing numbers to UniFi Talk.
  • Guest Wi-Fi branding — branded splash page.
  • Camera network setup — prepares the network for IP cameras and recorders.

Cabling & physical work
i
Cabling estimate

Rough numbers are fine — we'll measure exactly when we do the walk-through.

  • Standard drop — Cat6 run under 75 ft, including AP mounting.
  • Extended drop — 75–150 ft, including AP mounting.
  • Existing-cable AP install — mount, connect, adopt, and test on verified cabling.
  • Rack build — assembly + cable dressing + label-out.

Up to 1,000 ft with a clear conduit path; otherwise a field estimate is required. New runs are checked with a visual fault locator and power meter. Preconnectorized cable and repair of existing fiber are not offered.

Doing the install yourself?

No problem. Here’s what that means:
