The provider fails at the busiest time
Payments, orders, and cloud applications lose their path to the internet.

Backup & monitoring
Backup connectivity keeps selected work moving. Monitoring makes outages, device health, and supported network problems visible before they become guesswork.
What goes wrong
A provider outage can stop payments, online orders, and voice. Without monitoring, the first useful alert may be a customer telling the staff something is broken.
Payments, orders, and cloud applications lose their path to the internet.
The problem is discovered after people begin reporting symptoms.
Updates, health alerts, and overnight failures go unnoticed without management.
Two backup paths
Failover is configured to move traffic when the main connection fails and move it back when service returns. Actual performance depends on carrier and site conditions.
| Critical LTE | Starlink business backup | |
|---|---|---|
| Carries | Payments, selected phones, and other low-bandwidth essentials | More of the site's normal traffic |
| Not intended for | Guest Wi-Fi or full-site use | Unrestricted capacity or guaranteed performance |
| Equipment | UniFi LTE Backup Pro | Azurian-supplied Starlink equipment |
| Pricing | Service from | Quoted for the site |
Monitoring and support
Managed services cover supported configurations and remote work. Onsite physical repairs, new cabling, and replacement hardware remain separate unless a service agreement says otherwise.
Choose only the operating support the site needs.
Common questions
LTE fits a small set of critical services. Starlink is considered when the site needs more of its normal traffic available during an outage.
No. It is optional and useful for sites where outages or device failures have an operational cost.
No. Backup paths and monitoring reduce risk, but carriers, power, equipment, and site conditions can still fail.
Plan for the outage
Add LTE and managed service options to a starting estimate.
