Working together
We work to the agreed field scope and communicate findings back to the dispatching partner. Client-facing changes or added work require approval.
Send the location, site contact, requested work, timing, and documentation expectations.
We complete the approved work, document material conditions, and raise blockers instead of guessing.
Photos, test information where applicable, and concise notes return to your team.
Before dispatch
Hourly or scoped pricing is confirmed before scheduling. Materials and added infrastructure are separate unless listed.
The site must provide required access, escorts, lift coordination, and usable pathways unless included in scope.
Evening or weekend work can be reviewed when the requested window and access conditions are provided in advance.
Send required photo angles, labels, test format, and closeout forms with the dispatch.
Have a site ready?
We’ll review the request and confirm the questions, availability, and rate needed to proceed.
